Legal Strategies Conference & Expo

The Beasley Allen Legal Strategies Conference & Expo (LSCE) is the premiere annual event for Alabama attorneys in private practice. Last year, the two-day event welcomed over 800 practicing attorneys from around the State of Alabama.

And this year promises to be the largest and most successful event yet with over 1000 attorneys expected in attendance!

Based on the success of previous events and the feedback of attendees, we have decided to open up this year’s conference to a very limited number of sponsors.

Available Sponsorship Opportunities

VIP Hospitality Suite Sponsor

$20,000 value – 1 available

The VIP Hospitality Suite will be used for registration upon check-in and making business calls, faxing or making copies, and for getting away and socializing. The Sponsor will have complete access to the entire room for equipment, branding, and unparalleled access to attendees. Customized office supplies can be distributed to guests as they arrive and/or depart the meeting space. Sponsor will receive 4 tickets to luncheon. Vendor table available in trade show area.

Dinner & Dessert Reception Sponsor

Sponsor can be available at the entrance of the Friday evening reception and can have a 6 ft table display on either side of the entrance w/ information about their service/product. Customized giveaways can be distributed to guests as they arrive and/or depart the reception. Sponsor will be introduced at the reception. Sponsor will be given 8 tickets to the dinner. Vendor table available in trade show area.

Luncheon Sponsor

Sponsor can be available at the entrance of the luncheon and can have a 6 ft table display on either side of the entrance w/ information about their service/product. Customized giveaways can be distributed to guests as they arrive and/or depart the luncheon. Sponsor will be introduced at the luncheon. Sponsor will be given 8 tickets to the luncheon. Customized Tote Sponsor

Sponsors name and logo along with Beasley Allen name and logo will be printed on the tote bags and distributed to each participant at registration. Tote Sponsor can include up to 3 brochures and 1 logo item in each bag. Sponsor will be given 2 tickets to the luncheon. Vendor table available in trade show area.

Lanyard Sponsor

Sponsors name and Beasley Allen name will be printed on the lanyards and distributed to each participant at registration. Sponsor will be given 2 tickets to the luncheon. Vendor table available in trade show area.

Refreshment Break Sponsor

$5,000 – 1 available (2 total)

Refreshment breaks will be located outside the session hall and will be available during the meetings. Custom sign with Presenting Sponsor logo will be placed at the entrance to the refreshment area. Vendor table available in trade show area.

Vendor Table

$4,500 – 5 available

Vendors will be given a six-foot table with cloth and skirt to display products and promotional materials. Power and internet available upon request.
